Polyurethane dispersion HIREN

 

HIREN is Polyester based non-yellowing polyurethane dispersion. In the molecular backbone, isocyanates are fully reacted and there were no unreacted isocyanate group. HIREN dispersed in water with small amount of cosolvent by neutralizing the carboxyl groups in the prepolymer backbone. Main advantage of HIREN is as following.

*Gained film has good gloss.

*Dried film has good mechanical properties than other emulsion(Higher elongation value, good tensile strength and modulus toughness and flexibility).

*Dried film has a little surface blocking compared than other emulsion.

*Good stability.

*Because of low viscosity, handling is easy.

*Lower VOC.

*HIREN can be blend with every type of acrylic emulsion to reduce the cost and improve the film properties.

-Combine with the curing agent, it is possible to get the cured film.

- Polymer Tg : 10 deg C

- Mixing ratio : 70/30 - 50/50

 

HISOL AC520(Flexible coating)

- Polymer Tg : -100 deg C

- Mixing ratio : 70/30 - 50/50
